Residents of the United States' largest territory will soon have better and more consistent firearms rights with benefits for CCW holders from the mainland as a result of legislation passed on December 11.
Basically Puerto Rico's new legislation pertains to firearms licensing with streamlined procedures and fees for both licenses to possess a firearm as well as to carry a firearm.
Americans on the mainland are also set to benefit from Puerto Rico’s new gun laws. The legislation sets forth that Puerto Rico will recognize Right-to-Carry permits issued in the rest of the U.S.
